Account deletion

Delete your Big Rich account and data.

Permanent deletion is available inside the app. A support request is available when you cannot sign in.

Delete while signed in

  1. Open Big Rich on your phone or open the web app.
  2. Open Account, then Privacy and data.
  3. Choose Delete account and data, review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.

Use Clear this device only when you want to remove local data without deleting the cloud account.

Request deletion when you cannot sign in

Use the form below with the email associated with your account. Support must verify account ownership before deletion and will not ask for your password or one-time authentication code.

What deletion removes

The account deletion process removes the Big Rich profile and user-authored cloud records, including plans, logs, progress records, private uploads, saved knowledge, sharing access and coaching history associated with the account. Local account data and pending queues on the signed-in device are cleared as part of the completed flow.

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting or legal records may be retained where required. Backup copies expire under the backup retention process. Retained records are not used to continue personal coaching.

Cancel store billing separately

Deleting Big Rich does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel in the same store account used to purchase before deleting if you do not want the subscription to renew. See support for store links.
