Clear terms for using Big Rich.

These terms govern use of the Big Rich app, web app and related services. Apple and Google also apply their terms to purchases made through their stores.

Account and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information needed for the features you use. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with other users, or use Big Rich to provide unlicensed medical care. You remain responsible for decisions and activities based on the app.

Fitness and health information

Big Rich provides general fitness education, planning, logging and coaching support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an emergency service. Exercise and nutrition involve individual risk. Use appropriate judgment, follow qualified professional advice and stop if an activity causes concerning symptoms.

AI-assisted features

AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Review suggestions before saving or acting on them. Big Rich uses confirmation steps for material changes, but those steps do not replace your judgment or professional advice.

Free access, trials and memberships

Joining Big Rich does not itself charge you. Paid Core and Premium memberships are offered through the installed app. Eligibility for an introductory trial is decided by Apple or Google. The store displays the price, trial period, renewal terms and billing date before confirmation. A subscription renews until cancelled in the same store. Plan changes, cancellations and refunds follow that store's rules.

Apple Terms of Use

If you access Big Rich through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Terms of Use (EULA). These Big Rich terms supplement that agreement.

Your content and sharing

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Big Rich permission to store, process and display it only as needed to operate the service and the sharing choices you make. You must have the right to upload and share that content. Remove a shared link or collaborator access when it should no longer be available.

Availability and changes

Features may change as Big Rich improves. Reasonable steps are taken to maintain availability and preserve account records, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Material changes to these terms or the privacy policy will be published with an updated date and communicated where required.

Suspension and account closure

Access may be limited to protect users, comply with law or address material misuse. You may delete your account using the account-deletion process. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. Provisions that must reasonably survive closure, including ownership, transaction records and legal limitations, continue.
